Vigilante Sign Squad

NYC has an illegal advertising problem. A shadowy cabal of criminal advertising companies skirts laws and flouts regulations, erecting visual and mental pollution faster than the authorities can respond. Hundreds if not thousands of undocumented illegal ads litter New York City, costing the city millions of dollars a day in uncollected fines.

Enter the Vigilante Sign Squad (or Sign Squad, for short). Players accept missions as new recruits to the unit, snapping photos, submitting reports, patrolling neighborhoods, working up the ranks, and bringing down the criminal masterminds that sneer at the city's sign codes in an ongoing scavenger hunt that has real-world results.
